OK, I cleaned TB, IAC & MAF and still got idle problems, what's next????

Yes, and it should go all the way up to 5.0 volts if I am not mistaking!

i just went and got my ingnition module tested and in the low rpm test it tested bad and i have since then replaced it and cut the car on let it heat up and cut it back on and it would go back in to a regular idle, before this it would not idle and i would have to hold my foot on the gas to make it idle properly.

44 bucks and its on the fender on the passengerside next to the maf sensor cant miss it.
