What is the best comboniation possible for my carbed 331? when i say combo i mean heads, valvetrain, intake....and so on.

My opinion: Spin to 7,000 and go for a good custom grind cam, matching springs/seals, titanium retainers if you have the cash and have the springs set peoperly don't just throw them in.

You already have 4.30 gears so you can build a high rpm screamer.

By the way, how do you like those 4.30's in your street car?

well its not really a street car....it gets driven maybe 200 miles a month....I LOVE THE 4.30s though, im sure they will feel really good after a stall and valvebody......i already have the afr 185s in the garage

I know you have the 185's already. I was just suggesting the needed valve train upgrades you should do to the heads and go with a GOOD custom camshaft.

Im planning on 4.30's down the road so I figured i'd ask.
