thanks in advance.. i have a 96GT. auto, convert. , 3;73,s with speedcal , added cai ,steeda under drives n T/A set at 16 , 70TB, and a new slp x pipe with hi-flow cats, , now my mil light is on,, i get lean bank 1 ,2 etc. i added a new IAC, and rebolted on the upper plenum and hoses for vac leaks etc. added new mil eliminators too.. hooked battery back up, check eng. light came back on. i,ve cleaned the egr /vac thing at the upper plenum. still have a mil light. it also has not idled smooth since the x pipe add on,s...... other than getting " CHIP " IM AT A LOSS.... put the orig. 6 cat h pipe back on and orig. air ? ported NA pi head swap w/ comp cams 270ah , frpp shortie headers all bought and coming soon, but wanted to get it inspected etc. first.... so i,d have a year to dyno-tune w/ chip for mods etc. and tweak it till inspection time. please also can email me at [email protected] thanks again, Russ,,,,,,, hopefully 320RWHP. how long do you leave the battery disconncted? 5 mins. --- to -- 5 hrs.????

Check for vacuum leaks. That's most likely the culprit.

are you sure that your EGR and IAC are working. you can clean the egr but if the diaphragm is ripped or broken then you wont get anywhere by cleaning it.

the iac is brand new,, the egr i cleaned and it worked when i pulled a vaccumm on it but that doesnt mean it works correctly. i,ll have to replace it to see. any other ideas??????????
