I just got mine out of the body shop for the aera behind the rear window. About 450 to remove rear glass, clean out the seams, blend the paint and replace the window. They did great work but kept it a long time.

the area in the trunk I would take it down to the metal to see how much of it is surface rust. worst comes to worse you might have just cut it out and patch it....the bubbles under the paint are rust spots also or what looks to be.....so the would have to take it to the metal and repair the rust and repaint....price will depend on the area your in
