Regrettably, I threw out many of my magazines from back in the day, but I did save a few brochures/ catalogs. Anybody else have anything cool?

I have one more file box full of who knows what, at my mothers house. Once I figure out what is there, I may not be so quick to throw it out this time. Hopefully it’s some good stuff!

I recently got rid of a bunch of HotRod and CarCraft magazines. And in the same mindset..... sold many of my Hess trucks from years passed.

I used to have those. How much were the 302 long blocks again? I remember them being cheap. I had a couple from 2000. I think I threw them out a long time ago.

Their GT40 aluninum head long block with either e303 or b303 was $3195. With inflation thats $4500ish for the 320 or 340hp version. (X303 or y303 heads)

Their simple 302 short block (explorer short block) was $1395 and they were phasing them out in 2003

a GT40 tubular was $695, which is $982 in 2020 dollars.

93 cobra intake was $495 and that’s the China version.

this whole catalog is like a trip down memory lane. Right after 2003 is when a lot of these Ford parts started getting discontinued.

That makes sense considering Ford ceased operations at the Windsor, ON plant in 2007.

I still might have those, I’m going to double check. I had 2-3 of them.

Still looking for them. Found brochures for my early owned Mustangs, I have brochures for all that I have owned over the years. I used to test drive the new GT every year and get a brochure, here are most of my Fox ones.

That ‘85 brochure is my favorite.

I’ve got all of them from 79 thru 93 as well as 79-86 Capri
