i bought this '91 model mustang 5.0. the guy that had it before converted it to a carb, put a set of heads from a 351cc on it, a huge cam, NOS, and some other stuff. it runs like a demon. the thing is i want more.
what exactly would be involved in converting this stang back to EFI? with these head and cam that is...

i want to be able to tweak timing, go the cheaper route of turbo vs. supercharger, intercooler... ya see where i'm going with this? in keeping with these heads, i would like to know if i should go with a stock throttle body and all that or should i get an after market job?

if any of you can help i would love ya for ever!

The intake will depend on how well the heads actually flow.

A good all around intake is a cobra or gt40, do a 65 or 70mm TB and spacer.
If it runs as well as you seem to think it does, 24lb injectors, PMAS mass air meter.

Then hit up ebay for a 91 (check for compatibility for other years) harness and computer, since you want to use an SC, get a high pressure 255lph fuel pump. Pretty much the rest of the stuff can be stock parts.
