We as tax paying Oregonians are getting ripped off!

I am all for helping those in need, but there are some very serious abusers to the Oregon health plan.
There does not seem to be any for of accountability to people who repeatedly use thier ohp coverage to go to the emergency department in the middle of the night for the most minor, or inane complaints.
