??? on wheel finishes..

I'm debating between chrome - polished - Hyper Silver Saleen rims for my new wheels....
Not really sure if chrome is where I wanna go...I had some 95 Cobra R's in chrome and really didnt like them against the Red and sold em right off...One side of me wants chrome and the other doesnt...
I'm thinking polished or even Hyper Silver would be the next choice...polished is more work but mines a sunny day driver only so that doesnt seem like they'd be a pain keeping a shine on em??
The hyper looks almost damn near polished/chrome and powdercoated so thats easy care...any pics in the hyper silver finish would be sweet...
Any input on the finish or better yet pics in Rio Red with any of the above would be a big help.. Whore up those Saleen wheel pics....

I vote for Hyper Silver. I've seen that finish (on a black cobra though) and I love the look.

i personally love the polished rims, yes a little more work, but they look great and have a very unique finish. im getting polished 03 cobras for my ride in the spring, so you know my vote, although im not familiar with the hyper silver... ive never seen them in person

Thanks guys....preciate your input...I'm just looking for another look and always had a thing for the Saleen wheels...I just like the look, played out or not....
My Drift Rs are darker than I'd like and the hassle of fixing that is something I'm not sure i wanna do...The gloss I'm after is more a powdercoat job than a paint job...I did look around some for paint but really havent come up with a Hyper Silver....its more Argent Silver thats out there....Feel free to throw up a paint link if you see something out there...

My son has polished AMR wheels on his truck and they look damn sweet and seem to be pretty easy to maintain...depending on where you get em they look like chrome and the price isn't that bad...

Looking for wheels is such a pain in the head...4000 freakin choices and the sweet ones cost 450.00 a wheel...never mind the tires... I'm trying to stay semi-reasonable on the price...

andy i like my saleens a lot..... i got the hypercoat black, and the finish is just paint(not powdercoated) and it chipped, so i had them powdercoated, so just be weary of where you buy them.....

BTW heres a couple of my lates pics

they have a diff tint in different lights....

Those are hyper black...you never be able to tell....What size tires?? front look failrly wide...

I think Bones Enterprises has Dante's that are 17/9 then 18.10.5 rears...Your swapping wheels again to , no?? you staying 18 or going back??

haven't made my mind up yet.... i may stick with these.... they are 265&285/35 f&r respectively.......

they aren't hyper anymore, the hyper coating is what flaked..... now they are just a slight flip flop silver that the coaters found for me.. go from light to a dark silver with the light..i have thought of trading, not sure yet... the 18x9 adn 18x10.5 FR500s with a polished lip and 265/35 on the front with a 315/35 on the rear.....

unsure so far..

Same manufacturer I would think?? Doesn't give me a warm feeling as I looked at their stuff...Thanks for the heads-up..

These are Hyper Silver by OE and are powdercated...

OE's polished version...Not to shabby and cheaper too..

I have been thinking of getting my TTII's done in black chrome...it has that nice shine, sharp, and clear look but not as "bling-ie" as full on chrome/polish.

The black chrome looks like the hyper black but with alittle more shine/not as "foggy" looking as that pic looks.
