No. Not the song. I just bought a 99 and this thing is pretty buggy, electronically speaking. My main problem is only one headlight works on low beam. High beam is fine. I checked power to the offending light at the plug. No power. I checked past the first bundle junction, no power. Again right before the firewall....no power. Fuses are good. There is no relay that I can find and the only thing I can think of is the multi switch inside the column. Anyone else run across this problem? Also, the radio will intermittently turn itself off and on. Other than these issues, the car is solid. However, the police seem to want two headlights working so I got to track this down. If anyone has a suggestion, I'm all ears. Thanks guys

low beam headlight fuse F2.4 F2.10

Suggest that you re-check Fuse F2.4 and F2.10 in the Central Junction box. Each low beam has it's own fuse. A bad fuse would match your symptom exactly.

Pull the fuse and test with an Ohm meter. It can be hard to tell from above with a visual check.

If the fuse is good, confirm there is power to the input side of the fuse.

Please review the attached diagram. It may help a lot more than anything I could write.

With regard to the radio. Check the ground on the left hand side of the center console. This is the ground for SEVERAL devices including the GEM, cluster, cruise control, and radio. Pay special attention if someone has installed a BIG sound system.

If you can't find the problem, consider inspecting the back of the fuse box. Perhaps there is over heating or loose wires.
