Open Headers

Currently I have a 2.5'' off road xpipe and p.o.s. 2.25'' pipes to two really crappy mufflers... raptors is what they are called. Would I see any substantial gains by taking the mufflers off? besides the fact that the neighbors will be pissed? thanks. what about low end torque and back pressure?

Open headers will produce little to none extra power.

Actually they will hurt performance because you wont have enough money to buy gas from all the tickets you got

truthfully though open headers dont really help performance unless you have a good HCI setup (or Boost) and are at the track, then you can use the extra flow. But for a stock motor, open headers will hurt your low end greatly.
