Will be going on what is now a bone stock 91 coupe. I just aquired a set of GT40 irons (Not P) and an explorer intake. My questions are...is it worth the cost and effort to mill these say .030 to bring the cc down a bit, or is this something that wont yield any significant gain? Also, my plan is to keep the stock cam. With that said, are the 1.7 rockers worth it?
And last but not least....to long tube, or not to long tube. My car has C springs on it now so I am a bit concerned with ground clearance. Will a long tube really outperform a shorty in a big way with the gt40 heads & upper/lower intake? Keep in mind cam will be stock. Off road H will be used with either.
