I have a kenne bell twin screw blower sitting on top of my 5.0. I plan on dropping in a built 347 soon, but I don't want to be like every other fox body mustang out there, running a blown 302 block motor. I have access to a single turbonetics turbo, 61mm. What does everyone think if I dropped in the single turbo that fed my twin screw, it's becomin more common for the GT500s and people have been doing it with the Ford GTs.. What about a fox? Justification: i would have increased power in the low rpms from the twin screw, high rpms from turbo, set it apart from other foxes and to just be different, and something to brag about. Let me know!

Well I would say the Kenne Bell would set you apart from most fox owners, but I think you could make more power with the turbo.
EDIT: I just realized you plan on running both haha, I would say go for it. Probably no need for it but it would be fun. You are going to need a serious fuel system.

It's not a real great idea.
It's a novelty on modular engines, and many guys that have went that route, undo it.
It creates massive heat and that's with an under the supercharger intercooler, something you will not have for sure.
Different yes, better or even good, No.
You can only spin the kb so fast, so now you top it off with a turbo and a 347.
It will probably turn into a restriction more than anything.
To keep the stock block and not goto a race block, you will need to be under 500rwhp.
If you wanted low hp, why spend thousands on a 347, Supercharger and a turbo?

Exactly, skip one of those three and get a aftermarket block. Otherwise its pointless.

this doesnt make a 302 block any stronger...
if you arent going with an aftermarket block you're wasting your time and money building something like that. If you even get it to work correctly, it wont hold together long.
If you're still set on it, sell the KB blower and get a bigger turbo and go for it

While I personally cannot stand the "hit 500 and you'll split the block" approach to everything, I think you would for sure, do like everyone says and build up the motor first then boost it to the max
