Way too many OT threads going lately. I'm pretty easy going so it doesn't bother me. However people that are looking for help are losing there threads to the second page faster. I actually wouldn't have brought this up but honestly I got a few PM's about it.

Feel free to talk or post about anything OT right here in this thread for the time being.

We should just get a 94-95 OT forum. I know there is the 5.0 Talk section, but this is a different community in here. That way people who are posting stuff like progress pics of there car and other updates can do it in there. Just a thought.

Agreed, but will probably never happen. Posting pics of progress and updates is not off topic. What kind of cereal do you eat is (just an example). Car related stuff, YES. Briefs or Boxers, etc. NO.

Yeah, I see what you mean...non car related stuff. I don't think there is enough traffic in this section to warrent a subsection anyways.

So, Joe...wanna start some OT and make use of this thread....boxers or briefs?....

I don't like the idea of the talk versus tech section... at least not here. If this was as busy as the fox body boards, then yes, but not here. If people are like me, I check too many boards to "surf" around in the tech and talk sections. When I come to stangnet, I come here and only here. I don't have time to look at the other sections unless I'm searching or have a question not pertaining to my '95 which isn't often. I agree, some of the WAY OT stuff doesn't need to clutter up the board, but car related stuff, even if its not a tech post is fine by me... as if it matters.

Boxers or briefs? Why would you wear either?

I only ever look at this board, I actually really wish we had on OT subsection, it would get plenty of hits. I also wish we could use IMG code int he sigs!!!

I didn't want to bump 1105's thread, but he motivated me to work on one myself. . .It has a ways to go, but I got 90% of the tedious stuff done. Check it out. What do you think?

I do plan to shade it in btw

You can find the original pic anywhere a GT40 wallpaper is found.

Ok, that's my OT contribution for the day.

I havent been on for a few days... Storm took out the computer. But instead of bumping my old thread back up, I fixed my speedo today while racing a 50th anaversy Vette from a 3rd gear roll he pulled slowly on me then I guess he was shifting slow and I caught up to him the let off, then he took off again. As for how I fixed my speeds I just look down and it was working again.

I used the pen tool, it's tedious but not so bad once you get used to how it works and the results are totally smooth. w3rd

Yeah to get the pen tool to make outlines, you select the pen tool then at the top panel, right underneath 'image' and 'layer' you'll see three little poxes, one has a tiny picture of a pen in it, select that one. Then draw the shape. Goto your brush tool and select a 2pixel brush (solid edge one). Then, once the shape is all drawn out, right click on it with the pen tool and select 'stroke path' then make sure brush tool is selected in the window that pops up. Hit ok and then hit Esc on the keyboard twice to get rid of the vector path. Let me know if that works for you. I'm using PS 8 so it may be different.
