Overheating 05 v6

Hi

My 05 runs get, idles great, with or without heater on. Although at both idle and driving when I turn on the AC it begins to raise the temp of the car. I turn off the AC and the temp gauge starts dropping back to normal.

I’ve replace the thermostat housing twice, and flushed the system. To no avail.

Can anyone out there help me with this problem I’m having?

Have you checked the electric radiator fan? I had similar issue and the fan was not coming on. Wound up replacing the fan motor.
My 2005 Mustanf Chilton's service manual was a big help

I found the issue.
I changed the temperature sensor on the thermostat housing today. Drove all over the country blasting the AC. No overheating anymore. Thank you.
