new 331 stroker NA
new afco radiator plenty big
new mr gasket hi performance 180 therm.
new hi flow water pump
new 16 psi rad. cap
dual flex-a-lite electric fans working fine set to come on around 160 degrees

Car has been going up to 210 degrees normal driving then i pull over it boils and overflows the catch can, couple nights ago it blew upper radiator hose off spewed ****in coolant all over top of new motor got some water i let it cool tighten everything up put the water in only went a couple miles and it started frigan overheating again pouring out of the catch can now temps going higher to 220, went home on a flatbed. So i figured by the way its been overflowing the catch can and getting hot while drivin wit fans on must need a burpin tried saturday jacked up drivers front replaced coolant kept it 2 to 3 inches down started her up coolant wasn't bubblin but was rising up and down then before it hit 180 it was going up and down 2 to 3 inches difference and level was going higher right out the rad. kept doin that makin a frigan mess goin right pass 180 to 210 doin same rise and fall pourin out rad. i shut her off cleaned up let it cool topped off rad drove it reached 180 stayed there for a couple minutes then just kept goin up higher i shut it off in driveway spewed like hell outa catch can, always gurglin sound right at therm. hoping its just thermostat gonna replace it with another 180 high performance therm. any comments or ideas i would appreciate!! i really shouda waited till i put therm. in but i figure it cant hurt i always see alot of people on this forum with lots of knowledge about overheating problems
