overspray on interior plastic

What can you use to get some overspray off of the rocker molding plastic on the inside of the car? white paint on black plastic rocker

use something called goof off. you can get it at wal mart

i actually have some of that stuff in my garage. it wont fade or take off the dye on the dark charcoal platic will it?
