P-heads w/1.6 rr's and crane 2030

Thank you. It seems I have to make some crappy post about gauge colors or shifter preferences in order to get any responses on this forum. If it takes me pissing everyone off in order to get an answer, I will do it. Anyways, I appreciate your post in response to an immediate question at hand...........

If you think you are fast, bring it to Gainesville, FL and I will show you what aggressive driving really is.

Real mature...

No one wants to help you when you've got an attitude like that. I know my car's fast. What does yours run?

I also know a few guys that would take offense to what you've said. And, they pilot a much faster car than yours.

You have yourself a real nice avatar too, sparky. Since you obviously have such a profound respect for police officers, I'm assuming that we'll probably see you on the next episode of Cops?

Well, you don't know anything about my car, so continue on 'attempting' to make me feel like I should retract my statement. Drag times are not very impressive to me. So you can steer a car in a somewhat straight line for a quarter mile, quite a feat. Real driving is being able to do more than slam the throttle and hold onto the steering wheel. And on another note, I have no respect and will probably never have any respect for people who get off on simple fact they are given unneccessary power. If someone takes offense to what I have to say, GREAT! I'll cry them a river and hope something as horrible as being banned from stangnet doesn't occur................

Get over yourself and your pretty track times. I also noticed you did not have an answer to my question, therefore making your post absolutely pointless.

Well, if you are referring to me, I think you have everything all wrong. I am the one trying to get people to post useful information with technical knowledge. If I read something, and its something I cannot give an answer to, I simply do not post. I also don't bog down the server with silly questions like which shift knob looks the 'sweetest', and then use every damn smiley available at the end of my post.

So you go fast in curved lines, huh? I'm sure we'll be reading about you in the newspaper some day. Or, like I said previously, on Cops.

I never said drag racing was the be-all end-all, either. Excuse me for interpreting your unclear statment incorrectly.

Police officers have "unneccessary power"? That statement above leads me to two absolutely true findings: one, you cannot spell. Two, you never paid attention in school. Police are out in the world to protect the general public from idiots, much like yourself, in a public emporium.

BTW, I do know the answer. I ran that exact same cylinder head with a camshaft very similar to the 2030 profile. I was going to share my plethora of knowledge with you, until you made such an asinine statement. I choose not to share my knowledge with people such as yourself because when one gains more knowledge, they gain more power. After speaking these few short words to you, I have positively concluded that no further power should be granted to such a goon.

Have a nice day. :)

Joe

As a L.E.O. who has delt with a few of these guys. Dont worry about us. We take no offense. He can talk, scream, yell all he wants. even spit at me. No matter what he does I am not loosening the cuffs... oh and watch your head...oops sorry... slams the door. :D

seriously though one guy with his attitude does nothing compared to the people we help every day saying thank you.

Thanks for the answer  :spot: :owned: :lock: :bang: :flag: :D  :( :notnice:

There you go 'sparky'. Oh yeah, by the way, which gauges should I put in my car???? And i was thinking about dying my interior neon red to match my super-awesome euro tails.

How about lambo doors?

And as for all the knowledge you feel that you possess, with as many posts as your name has, all you do is sit your GAY ASS at your computer and make as many posts as possible. SUPER COOL!!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! I doubt you even have a car, you take the bus everywhere.

Holy ****, I just figured it out. Its gay and lesbian week, so that's why you are so excited.

As for the cop. How's your career working out there buddy? Making some good money? Oh wait....................you don't make any money. Oh well, get back to 'helping' everybody and take as many thank you's as you can get.

This is pretty ridiculous, not to take sides but ProCharge94 was being appreciative of the answer he got when Joes95GT just started flipping out on him. The fact remains that he has a point, people are much more eager to lend advice about inconsequential topics like painting my mufflers. The search feature has come to suck a$$ on this site with all the good threads being removed in favor of billet AC knob installation posts. Nice usage of the smile faces on the right by the way Joes95GT, I can do that too. They have always been regarded as the most mature thing you can post while we are on maturity.

:D :rlaugh:   :nonono:  :spot:  :bs:

I make more then enough. money isn't everything either. Its all about how smart you are with what you have. I have 2 houses, 1 plot of land and a good looking potfolio. I will probably retire at 48 and live pretty good. On my worst day I'll probably go out on my boat thats parked in the canal in my back yard and get a sunburn while fishing. I would say Im doing pretty well for a cop... So you can take your selfish me attitude and stick it.

but to show theres no hard feelings I will help you out.. Take all that money you must be making and buy a set of aftermarket valvecovers. Heres some links..

Thank you for offering some assistance. I originally did not intend on offending you personally. For that, I apologize. I just have some major issues with many law enforcement officers. Maybe you are the cop that would change my attitude towards police officers. Maybe you really do help people out and you truly are not taking advantage of your authority.

Everyone gets so pissy on this forum.

By the way, I found some BilletFab valve covers that I can throw away some money on...........

Thank you for that. I genuinely do try to help all I can. And yes there will always be a few cops that need to be the big man because maybe they were picked on in High School, too short, too shy.. plenty of theorys but the majority are good people. just like any work place. theres always that minority. but seriously for a few bucks you could pick up a nice set of valve covers and not have to wory about possibly causing leaks by bending the V/C with a hammer or grinding RR's. but with taller valve covers there are clearence issues with your intake and might need a spacer depending on what intake your running. I'm sure you know all of this. fox valve covers are easy to find cheap.

Here's the thing, I really do not want to spend much money on valve covers. To me, I see them as a functional part, not a visually pleasing part. Valve covers can look great, but at the same time, I don't really care about that. I was trying to finish off the install before Monday, which is why I was wanting to use my stock valve covers.

Anybody on here have any old fox valve covers they want to get rid of?

I have to agree with prochage94 it is ridiculous that people are asking stupid questions about what shifter knob looks better i thought the link to the form said 5.0 tech . not what shinney parts should i put on my car from pep boys. and i can say that procharge94's lap times are faster than most peoples quarter. and that it takes a lot more skill to make right and left hand turns. unless u are running 10's or quicker than i have no respect for you as a driver and by the way u need to use fox body valve covers, any of them for 79 to 93 will work.

Where's my favorite lil' buddy at? I haven't been insulted today, so I was looking forward to checking in tonight and finding some good drama...................

Thanks for the reply about the fox body valve covers, and good one about my lap times being faster than some people's quarter mile times.
