My TB came with a spacer. i never put it on tho because it wouldnt fit. if i spaced the TB out then the throttle cable and cruise control cable wouldnt reach. it was a big pita. i was told they didnt do anything anyway....made a good paper weight tho.

Yeah, TB spacers are a waste of space They don't do anything but make it a pita to fit into your car.

TB spacer=.0001 hp

I was talking about an upper intake spacer, not a TB spacer

While the cost of the various (Dremel) grinding bits is not much, they are not free. Plus the cost of your time, which has value.

I still think the best plenum value out there is the $99 Trick Flow (TFS) plenum from Summit or L.R.S.

This is the one I picked up as well and felt a nice SOTP feel in the upper rev range to go along with my PI components. Added a 70mm TB and felt another nice SOTP. No hp numbers for you but those components, bassani mufflers and DRs made a .6 time gain in 1/4 time for me. The upper plenums are much higher than the stock ones, so the airflow is less of an angle. Here's a pic of the TrickFlow next to the stocker.
