P0174 bank 2 lean

I have the off-road x pipe no cats idk if that has anything to do with it. But every I put the bama tune on it I get the p0174 code. Car runs fine I have no leaks just wondering if it’s something I should worry about

I have 2 different bama tunes and 2 brenspeed tunes. Is it because I have no cats or something or do I actually need to dig into the engine and try to figure this out

As long as the rear O2 sensors are disabled, you won't get codes from having an off-road midpipe. Your problem lies elsewhere i.e. driver's side bank lean.
Make sure that the wiring to the front O2 sensor on that side isn't pinched or frayed causing a short.
If that looks OK, you may either have a vacuum leak or clogged injectors, though the latter would likely trigger misfire codes as well.
If you can hire a smoke machine, it'll make it easier to detect a vacuum leak and fix it.
