killa u got a strange problem there!!!
1151 is for front O2 left bank is lean at the end of a test trying to compensate for an over rich condition and 1152 is just the opposite front O2 bank2 rich at the end of test trying to compensate for a lean condition. I guess i would concentrate on that O2 sensor and its wiring, I have never seen one have a rich and lean condition on same bank. I guess look at that O2 carefully and make sure it does not have a green tint to it since u stated that u are loosing coolant. Maybe coolant has got to it and is driving it crazy.

I have a change look under the car for 2 02 sensor, one is blue and other is purple, is their any different between these 2 ? is bosh 02 sensor ok ? I found alot of gresee and dirt on the 02 connector, what can I use to clean without damage the wire ? should I replace 2 sensor at the same time ? or just replace bank 2 sensor ( if its bank 2 sensor, what side its, driver or passenger ? ) thanks

bank 2 is the drivers side. you are looking at the front O2 on that side the one in front of cats. With 138K miles it would probably be a good idea to replace both front O2's anyway.
