Yeah, I completely ditched the old harness and ran the white/black wire to the stator terminal on the 3G. I taped off the old black 10 ga power wires to where I am not using them any more also. ​

I didnt read all this again, but what did you do with the sense wiring that is in the OEM charge cable harness?

Well, the white/black wire I connected to the stator terminal on the 3G. The 2 black 10 ga wires I cut from the harness and taped them off individually (not together). Does this sound right?​

Sorry, I'm out of ideas unless its just a bad alternator, which is doubtful, but possible. Hope someone else here has some idea for you.

What kind of gauge are you using? I wonder if you could test the voltage at the battery and alternator and get a better idea at what the voltage is at. Maybe (I don't know if its possible) the gauge in the car is messed up.

Yeah, that's a good idea, dec. I'll try that tonight. However, I noticed when pulling into the garage last night that the headlights are pretty dim at idle and noticeably brighter when I give it a little gas. That tells me it's not charging like it should. Well, we'll see. Thanks for the help!!
