PAINT MELTING ? HELP ME!

i was washing my stock 02 gt and i noticed what looked like a goo of some sort and the front of the hood. well i rubbed it lightly with my finger and it the black gooish area was now white??? what does this mean? i have not waxed the car ever or used any weird cleaners, only thing thats ever been on the car is zip car wash. it has never done this before. i dont see how i could have gotten this hood to hot for the paint? i have a full warranty still so i wonder if they will repray it ?

Good luck. I have an 02 with paint cracks all over the left panel on the trunk lid and Ford won't cover it. They told me paint was the hardest thing to get warranty work done on.

had the same thing happen, they just buffed the bad parts out and that was it
