how many of you guys are into paintball? and what kind of gun are you using and how much was it.....im playing on sunday in a wooded area any tips??

I used to play...like 4 years ago. The last gun I had was a Kapp Autococker...what a PITA!
The list of what I had in order:
-Tippman Prolite - awesome 1st gun, just a bit long.
-Tippman 98Custom w/ flatline - shot far, but not too useful for the way I played.
-Minimag - Chrome - had a 14" Boomstick, and Dye 2x trigger - best gun I had.
-Kapp Autococker - I had this one modded extremely(too much to list/remember) - wasn't reliable at all; last tournament I was in, it failed and I threw it - I cringe at how much $$$$ I put into this gun(over $1k)

Wooded area, I would say wear camo, or at least dark colors, and use the shade.
Don't hang out in the back, all the fun is in the front!(unless you're being flanked lol). Stay hydrated. Just have fun.

O yea, make the fat kids stay in the back and lay cover fire for you.:rlaugh:
But seriously, I had a friend that couldn't run fast(bad knees), but he would waste paint like it was going out of style. He and I went 2 vs. 6 with some other kids at the field we played at; They didn't have a chance.:D He layed so much cover fire that in no time I got to the last row on their side and found 3 of the kids were still there just hiding.:rlaugh:

yeah if its this cold dont play... your bottle might Freeze... and the paint balls are gonna hurt alot worse do to this cold weather..
i would find a place to play indoors. theres a place in the detroit area that has 3 floors.. its slipery you'll slide on old paint from the people that played b4 you. but it would be funner then freezing you bottle and getting hit with frozen paint balls
but i dont know where your playen at.. if your in a warm state then thats good.. but its like 4degrees here and i wouldnt even think of goin out there...

i have a tipmen98 Custom, it kinda looks like an M16..

i used to have a spyder, before walmart and Kmart bought them out.. they used to be a Good gun.. and i had an angle also..

Arnt those the same guns but the custom you can add mods?... i had a prolite it was my first gun, i got it for i think 200. and now i have the custom and it looks like a small version of a m-16.. but with out the arm rest and the longer barel it would be the same as the prolite, Am i write or no ?

Not that I have experience, since I live in Fl, but I always heard that if it's cold you're going to be wearing more clothes anyway, so it won't hurt much worse. Also N20 doesn't expend or contract based on temp. The only gun I had that I didn't run N20 on was my Prolite. There's also expansion chambers for those who want to stick with Co2.

The Pro-lite you couldn't mod at all; which is why I couldn't run N20 on it. The Pro-carbine replaced the Prolite like 6 years ago.
The 98Custom was the newer Model 98. Tippman made this their first customizable gun. They look like tommy guns; and with the flatline, like an MP5. Mine was silver with the black flatline barrel and foregrip...looked badass.

I used to play. Man, what an expensive sport. I had/still have a spyder "Java" (some special paint color) that I threw a drop forward and expansion chamber (in the front grip) on. Never even got out of CO2. Just before i dropped 700 or so on a custom Automag I was going to build, I got out of the sport.

Now I have an even more expensive one....cars. Sheesh!
