How easy is that going to wind up flaking off? I love the way it looks, but when it comes time to do mine I don't know if I will go that route or to powdercoat it. I dunno how easy red would be to keep clean either...decisions decisions...looks good though I like it.

Nik 92 stang- Should flake off really maybe after awhile but i doubt it. I primed it then painted it, Paint stuck real nice.

Dirty d916- Duplicolor High temp Paint, And Engine Primer(Grey)....Took me while because i primed it then once that dried, i painted it let that coat sit for an hr then did it again and so on.

Also Shouldnt get to Dirty, Dont really drive the car much And besides it will only get as dirty as it did when it wasnt painted so.

it shouldnt flake at all....High Temp stuff is usually good for a higher temp then the paint made specifically for engines....it should stick fine with the engine primer and high temp paint.....

Rust=Discipitates heat.

Paint="traps" the heat.

Old racer myths.

Then again, FORD BLUE is screaming to be shot on my new engine... something I am very tempted to do.
