Wanted to know a part number and manufacturer for a 180 t-stat for my sn95. I went to pep boys and they were not much help. Want one with the little bb in for pressure release as well. Thanks in advance guys.
hmmm....all the auto parts stores i went to (besides pep boys..they are dumb) asked what i needed. my response is "180* t-stat for a 95 mustang 5.0 and a gasket". 60 seconds later i have it in my hand. never had a problem before
Not sure if this helps but I just bought a Gates 180 degree t-stat. The part number on my invoice is 33008. I don't have the box, but I think the number is right. The Gates does NOT have the BB that you are looking for. I just drilled a couple of 1/16" holes in it.
Autozone part number is 7244-180, for a Failsafe brand 180 deg.
