Parts from 99/00 Cobra fit on 98 GT??

My manager knows the owner of a junk yard here in town and he told me that she has a 99 or 00 cobra that was wrecked. I want to snag some parts off of it tommorrow morning for my 98 GT like the MAF and maybe the seats. Will the mid-pipe from that car fit on my car? Also, let me know what other parts might be useful to my car. (i'm going to see how much she wants for the engine
