Today me and my dad got the passenger side turbo on my car mounted so that side just needs to get the downpipe finished, oil lines ran, and should be good to go. I forgot to put the wastegate actuator on so now I have to go back and modify it to fit which might take a few hours of work. My dad heated up the pipe thats welded to the header and I beat it out a little bit so it would fit over the collector then we welded it on that way. Heres some pictures.

"alot fo friggin work" is friggin right! That was actually fairly easy once we got started, cut the pipe, brought it to the car, cut it again and so on. I just hope it doesnt hit my fender when my car is running.

Looks good, I hope you don't have any problems with the head from the turbo being up there. Keep all your wiring out of the way.

How are you running the cold side? Blow through MAF? Intercooler?

I'm going to be running 2 DSM intercoolers, one behind each foglight hole. You can see in the 3rd pic the compressor outlet is pointing down which is where the intercooler will be. From the drivers side, I'll have the outlet pipe come under the radiator over to the pass side, Y pipe the two into a 3" pipe, then onto a Pro-M Bullet MAF then to the TB.

Think you might have any problems with the upper radiator hose touching the exhuast side?

That elbow will be facing down, and I'm going to cut the hose about 2" shorter and pull it tighter.

I got all my pipes from Jegs so far, but might be picking up some straight pipes from a local muffler shop. I hope to have the drivers side header done today.
