my car has been slowing itself down for the past months. i investigated further and noticed that when i jacked the car up and tried to spin the passeger side wheel it would take a good bit of force to get it to turn. So i did the complete deal and purchased new caliper, brake pads, brake hose, wheel bearing, & rotor. I installed everything and bleed the system. The wheel is still hard to manually turn when i jack the car up. Their is no overheating of the wheel before nor after the new parts. Did i waste my time. I only did this because the driver side turns very good when i manually spin it by hand. But the PASSENGER side is aweful.

ANY IDEAS... Please Help
