Patriot Performace torque specs

Does anyone know what the torque specs are for patriot performance heads and the sequence? thanks .

start from the center and work your way out, ARP calls for 70 ftlbs with a good moly lube, i just lube them up and go in 3 steps to 70, then some people torque the upper bolts to 80
