In case y'all don't know, I work at a computer repair business so I see all kinds of interesting computer problems. This one is definitely the worst I've seen as far as physical damage goes. The pics are pretty much self explanatory, but I will say in the first pic the only thing I had done is remove the cover.

Notice the discoloration on the left side from heat. There's one chip blown you can see there, and the one below that is almost de-soldered from the board. If you look at the CPU socket, you can see where the clip for the heatsink broke off. Im just wondering how long these people ran it with no heatsink before it finally fried...

And that's not my pc, I work at a computer shop and somebody brought it in for repair.
