Engine PCV port on throttlebody

So i'm aware of what it is and why I will be keeping it funcitional but the problem is it hits my stock hood badly. I'm done with the aftermarket game and really prefer the stock hood look so was thinking of trimming this tube down a little bit but not sure exactly how to go about removing it from the throttlebody. Does it twist out or am I going to destroy the throttlebody trying to remove it and should just figure out a way to trim it without removing it?
