OK, So I got the old break pedal out and the new assembly with the clutch and everything is in place. My problem is the clutch pedal comes up pretty far past the break pedal (towards the drivers seat). I thought maybe it was cause the quadrant was not on there but thats not it either. I've fot the switch installed that goes right by the quadrant and it is fine. I just don't know why the pedal comes up so far. there is some type of bracket on the clutch pedal side. Is that for a sensor or is that some type of stop for the clutch pedal.

Help Please

thanks,
Jeff

the pedal assembly's have a stop on them, so they won't go up past a certain point. It's just that way and it's normal. Some qaudrants, such as the upr triple hook exagerate the problem even more, but it's not uncommon to have it 2 inches, maybe even more above the brake pedal. FYI, with a good single hook quadrant, i've been able to bring the pedal to a reasonable height.

FYI< max motorsports sells a kit to lower the height of the clutch pedal, but I've never tried it.
