people who changed their own clutch successfully, chime in please!!!

it's a pain in the @$$. make sure somebody helps you. To tell you the truth since i just finished changing my clutch and transmission, if i had to do it again I would pay somebody to do it. Buy a chiltons book, it will tell you the steps and all the torque specs.

Pulling the trans in a mustang is a piece of cake. And why do you have to pull the manifold? Thats nonsense...unless you have aftermarket headers or something and you have to. My first time I had it out, pilot bearing, T/O bearing, clutch disc and press plate replaced, and trans back in and car running in approx 4 hrs.
