Hey guys , I finally have enough cash to replace my beat aod , I've come down to a couple choices. When the car is done i will have h/c/i and either spray or a s/c, I'm just using it to cruise around town and weekend track action. I'm trying to keep the swap under 2 grand and i want something that I basically would have to really try to break. my choices are as follows...

My first choice is the second one , mainly because of price. If anyone could tell me what the best one for my application is i would really appreciate it. Also i would like to know what bellhousing i will need for it to bolt up to my 89. Incase you were wondering why I dont want to go with a built aod its because I cant seem to find one that can handle the horsepower i intend to put out and i am rarely going to have the car on the highway. I'm open to all suggestions so feel free to add your 2 cents . I also intend to use atleast a 2500 stall and either a ratchet shifter or q stick style , thanks in advance guys!
