performer rpm efi Vacum Lines

i need help!! i recently purchased a performer rpm intake for my stang oh yeah it was used and has no bolts or fittings for vaccum lines i was wondering if any one has used one of these if they could email me pictures of the fittings and where the lines go to. i downloaded the instructions only to find "use the provided fittings for...." once again its used and has no provided fittings. im an ex marine so pictures would be greatly appreciated!!!!!! thanks alot if you can email the pics that would b great. will i still need the i think its called a tree the black metal tube that connect to the upper stock intake it is black and has one large tube with two smaller diameter tubes attached?
