performer rpm install...what goes here??? and which throttle cable

i cant seem to figure out what goes in these holes
look at pic to see where im talking about
#1 its a threaded hole. it does not open up into the intake
#2 threaded hole. it opens up into the intake...maybe for a vacum fitting???
#3 does the sender for my mechanical temp gauge go here
#4 does the sender for my mechanical temp gauge go here
#5 threaded hole.. opens into intake...vacuum????


also i have bunch of throttle cables one is from an a carbed car the rest are from efi cars... how do i tell the difference
