Sorry. I am playing with Photoshop to see what image size works best to upload photos. For those interested the maximum image size is 600 pixels wide by 400 pixels high.

Yes and no. If you are linking thumbnails like you are doing yes, butif you want to include an image you can link it from a host site and have it larger. Example below:

It all depends but if you keep the dpi at 72 it makes the picture much more web friendly.

So set the dpi @72 and then choose your image size.
