Rio96:
I have 'em and I like 'em. Potato-potato-potato, or, if you prefer, pocketa-pocketa-pocketa is the new theme song. Good lope to them. The power improvement is very obvious starting around 1500 rpm and up. Mind you, I have only had the engine up to about 3000-3500 rpm (because it has not been tuned, I'm very conservative). A very fine mod, imho. No dyno results yet but I plan to get some new info. SCT flash tuner is coming so the tune will be in this week.
The cam swap is not too bad but you need plenty of time and patience. I used the AFM tool and my bride helped to keep pressure on the chain while swapping out the cams. Definitely a 2-person job!
BTW, "metroplex" has an excellent write-up at

At present, the tune is needed to fix a low, low idle. It has stalled a few times (not cool in an auto) when coming to a stop or sitting at a red light. I do not think that the car will run satisfactorily with these cams without some tuning. (No tune should be necessary with the 262's).
The exhaust is significantly louder now and the "drone zone" has broadened somewhat, now between 62 to 65 mph, up from about 61 to 62 mph. Not a bad thing, just different than before.
New cam cover gaskets are a must, too. The old ones were a little brittle (32k miles).
Get cams. You won't be sorry. In fact, you'll wonder why you did not get them sooner!
