PI heads question

Ok so yesterday I bought PI heads from a local mustang shop for a decent price. The casting number is RF-XL3E-6090-C20D on both heads. They have individual cam caps which leads me to believe that they are windsor heads. But then when I count the valve cover bolt holes in the heads, I count 11 (Romeo head design). Here is a pic.

Can anyone help me figure this out.

Are the cam gears bolt on or press on?

I am pretty sure they are windsor heads. So as far as valve covers, ill just get the trickflow set. But how does the timing chain cover work. I know the bolts for the windsor heads are bigger than romeo so do I just have to make the holes in the 96 gt timing cover bigger? Also, when doing a cam from hitech, the only extra thing needed is the cam sprockets they offer for windsor heads, correct?

I was also wondering if the cam caps from the romeo heads are stronger than the windsor cam caps or is that something I shouldn't really worry about.

I don't think the individual caps vs. clusters is worth worrying about. You should mark them and make sure they are reinstalled in the same location and orientation if you swap cams though.

noted. Thanks for the info. Any other tips on the swap. I am going to be replacing the valve springs and cams for sure. I am not certain on whether or not to get the stock valves grinded or get comp cam or manley valves.

wow man no one has cought this, dude you need to go back to kindegarden and learn to COUNT, theres 12 holes...count 1 2 3 4 5 6 7 8 9 10 11 12. they are windsor heads, as well as PI too. youll need the holes in the cover drilled bigger or find a windsor timing cover.
