Pic - Exposed Mgw Shifter Handle.

I cut off a good chunk of the shifter boot and tied it to the shaft using nylon rope from the underside. This way when I snapped it back to the console it came out looking nice and clean.

I think is looks great I just wanted to know if anyone else is doing this or has thought about doing it.

I am not feeling it. It looks kinda cool I guess but no way could I have it like that long term. Wait until you find out how much a new boot costs... lol they are pricey!

Paint or coat the handle grey like the interior and do a shifter gate. I always thought that would be cool.
