Picked this up a couple weeks ago. Needs a lot of work. underneath is rusted away. This will be a first for me never taken on a project this big. pic didnt come out right let me try again

type this without the spaces between characters:

[ i m g ] [ / i m g ]

in between the two, put in the url...i dont remember if there are quotes on the url...i dont think so, but if that doesnt work, you can try quotes

I am pretty close to finishing my two year project on my 68 vert. It would have been 6 months, had I not done the 5.0 EFI and AOD thing. Mine had some bad rust, but overall, if you need some help let me know. My first piece of advice is to bag everything, label (I invested in a label maker) every darn thing even if you think your brain is big enough, and take your time. Start with the structure and work out from there.

Find the rust, find out how it got there, fix the problem then fix the rust. Get a real good welder, ask a ton of questions... after doing a good search for what your looking for then post a thread with lots of background info to your questions. Most of all, put your ego in your back pocket and be willing to take advice from guys and gals who know a ton more than both of us. Enjoy.
