Last week I had the "suspension 101" thread. Thanks to those of you who contributed...

After Much conversation with Badlock, I decided to go with Steeda's Zinc-plated Full lenghts.

There is no DIRECT click link, but if you go to www.steeda.com, and click:

Mustang then
Suspension

They will come up. Installed, they are $210, but through local mustang group, I can get them custom fit welded for about $180.. Keep in mind that I would save some money on S/H if I got others off Ebay. These are 14 ga.

Thanks again for your help...I'll prolly not be able to get these for about 2 months...but Im ready!

Hey, are the steeda subframes that much better then the UPR? I got mine for $55 with a discount but still I think there only like $115 from UPR, either way your gonna love em.

Talking to Dan (Badlock), couple of things.

The UPR's are standard lenght...the Steedas Im getting are FULL...little better stiffening and good with the SC.

The UPR's are one piece with the cross brace attached. The separate pieces on the Steedas allow for EXACT placement underneath before welding. With slight variations under the car, and age playing a factor, it just ensures a better fit having them separate.

Most guys get standards are fine with them. I just figured for a little more money, just do it once and do it right..

Thanks for the link Dave.

BTW...I LOVE That UPR radiator cover :nice:
