Bought an 89 Gt today. It has had some work done including e303 cam crower roller rockers, 58cc ported heads Car Tech intake with 70mm mass air flow, bbk air intake, flowmasters and Centerforse clutch. It still has factory headers. I plan to buy some shorties. How difficult install is the equal length bbk's? Would it better to just go U/E? It has 355 gears and rebuiltT5. I need some interior pieces so if your close to Tulsa and have gray ashtray lid and the whole arm rest thing as well as the seat belt covers pm me. I will get some pics up later. The Car Tech intake is pretty cool. The car runs very strong.

Ask and you shall receive

To answer the OP's question, either Get Shorty unequals for ease of installation or go long tubes for power. Equal length shorties will give you neither.

I am not sure what the last thing is? Any ideas?

I plan to paint the car soon. Leaning towards Lime green. Also the door panels are going to be clack and grey not sure what PO was thinking? Seats are in good shape but I am not sure I like the color pattern plaid crap in the 80's. Any way here she is. I think you guys have inspired me to name her Carmen. I sold Sally (my 67 coupe) I know all about the money pit. This car is much more fun to drive and will get as much attention as the 67 once it is green.

I dunno, with the mismatched fender and all, your car looks more like a he, get that fixed and the hood painted then call her a she.

get rid of that. its ancient technology. it recieves the ECT signal and puts out a lesser one to make the computer think its running colder than it actually is and it delivers more fuel. our cars run rich as it is.

Na she just don't have her make up on yet. I am thinking about the red just never been much of a red fan. But it is growing on me.

Can I just cut the fast tuning thing out and it will be good?
