8:30AM: Snacks are ready to go:

9:00 AM: Jose Arrives (in his Vortech stang with Camaro Body Kit)

Old Valve Covers (for the record)

Roger ACTUALLY doing some work (notice how we strategically placed the tape over the Intake manifold )

Roger Removes ONE bolt and has to stop for a break. Joe was so thirsty from watching, he had to join in.

Yes, I got dirty today..It was nice of those guys to take a pic while Im working.

Jose Applies 10 pounds of RTV to ENSURE no leaks!

While the RTV dries, we go to lunch..Joe needs some Lysol to eliminate fuel smell

Roger needs Lysol to eliminate Fart Smell (a Ricer had just past us by)(notice Joe holding his nose)

Of course, what would lunch at Chili's be without a couple of Heinekens for Joe and Rog.

ENGINE BACK TOGETHER (minus STB and Rad Cover) Car fired right up.

Hope you all enjoyed the pics, and thanks again guys

We actually used a fan to keep cool

About the video: I wanted buffalo strips on a salad. That's not on the menu, so when I asked about putting them on their regular salad, she was like "ju want the wings on a esalad" I was picturing a salad coming out with regular wings on top of it

Where is the video of the polished salt shakers?

Husker:

Roger..The Vortech Humper
RC..Me, with the chips
Joe...Driving the car
Jose..The other dude, quiet, with the Camaro body kit.

Great...

RC, Rog, Joe, Jose,

that was great. Now I'm really wishing our NM winter was over...

One thing you need to do though is develop a better taste for brew...

Microbrews, gotta love them...We've gottem all over out here....

His PCV was full of oil. But like Roger said, its hard to think thats its leaking after using an RTV tube all over. Get under the car maybe you can see oil from somewhere else.

Well, I drove the car today just 5 minutes to work. I hit it to about 11# boost for a quick second. When I got home. I popped the hood, and I looked on the firewall by the heater hoses where I cleaned earlier. I did NOT see any mist or spray. As I was under there, I heard a slight sizzle, and saw white smoke come up, smelled like oil. It went away fast. I do not see anything around the PCV. Is it possible for that to leak and not see anything around it. If the problem is something related to the PCV, Im not TOO TOO upset, because the fix for that can be done without taking the engine apart. I would only be REALLY if we had to go back and do the Lower again, but like Roger said, they put tons of RTV AND the little blue pieces down on the Lower. Thanks again guys.

People say that if you use the blue rubber pieces that come in the gasket kit that under boost and high load they will leak, i didn't know if you used them or not but i was just thinking if you did that could very well be your problem.

Is it possible that it could be your rear main and the clutch or whatever could be throwing the oil around

its an auto.....the oil is all over the top of the tranny so i highly doubt it is his rear main.
