Looks like a burn mark. Probably went too lean at some point.

No spray, but had almost 12lbs of boost with the Novi 2000, also had a lot of fun!!! : Also gives me an opportunity to put in Head Studs, a Steeda 19 cam, new timing chain. Hopefully I can find someone in MN who is reputable to tune this thing. Suppose I should change my sig. I have also put in 36lb injectors and 80m pro-m maf. Almost have it all back together and will have to take it easy.
