PICTURE and INFO Request!! 94-98 Front bumper cover removed...

I need some pictures or information regarding the removal of the front bumper cover on a 94 to 98 mustang. Ever since I bought mine it's been missing the front bumper impact foam (absorber, bumper insulation, whatever you wanna call it lol) and I came acrossed one today and I'm trying to figure out exactly how it all goes together as my haynes manual doesn't show anything. If anybody can help out I'd be greatly appreciative! Thanks!

I had some along time ago when I had my bumper off but I doubt I can find the pics now. Cant find anything on google?

I can't find anything on google.. I can find a 99-04 model but not the sn95 body style. So that sucks. and late model restoration supply doesn't offer a vehicle specific picture of the foam itself so idk. What the problem is, is that on the steel support that bolts to the chassis, there's these two little tabs/mounts that are welded onto it and they seem to serve no purpose but the foam that I have isn't hollowed out in the back to go over them so I was thinking of just removing the tab/mounts on the steel support so the foam will sit flush but idk.

Well I figured something out with what I had. couldn't find anything showing an sn95 style so I just did some modification and fix her good. Fit like a glove and the bumper has no more sag to it so that's a plus.. here's some pics of my riggin lol

if I am correct to remove the front bumper there are two bolts in each fender, then there is the plastic pushpins on the rad support, then to get the bumper cover off use a butter knife and somewhat use it to pry the cover where the headlights where( there are tabs you have to push down.).

Ive taken my cover off once. sorry no pics.

I thought the foam was riveted to the support beam

Now what I know what you mean.

The pics will help others though.

thanks for the info... yeah I've had my cover off a few times before but just never knew how the foam went on there. I thought it may have been attached somehow to the two mount looking things that are on the bumper support but idk. i didn't see how it would attach but then maybe i had the wrong foam but it fits like a glove with some modification lol. oh well.. all's well that end's well.

I just ordered the foam absorber too, was you're bumper sagging down also?
