I have the Tweecer R/t and you control each signal indiviually, if I just want to change the timing I can, or richen it up with the mass signal I can, although that calculates the air/fuel through the load from it so the timing table somewhat runs off that from what I know. But yeah you can control pretty much Anything with the Tweecer, if you want it to run for 20 seconds for 1200 rpm at every start up it will do it, half the things I don't even know what they mean. My friend has a SAFC on his civic where his head unit and you just add or subtract fuel at different rpm intervals, that's very limited but I guess it works good for their little 4 bangers. Not sure if that helped tho.
