hey everyone, I'm having trouble removing my pilot bearing. I've got the puller, and I've tried to pull it out, but it will not move. Tried to pry one side of the bearing out with a small screwdriver, just bends the edge of the bearing. I don't see any rust or anything formed around it, and I've run searches and I still can't get it out.
I'm taking the puller and putting it in the pilot bearing and it just won't move. I don't think the grease trick will work on this either. Am I suppsed to hammer in the center of the bearing first and then use the puller? It doesn't look like it would go in that way though.
Any help is appreciated. I'll be going to work soon and I'll give it another try tonight when I get home.
