place to hook up fmu to the fuel lines

i was looking at the instructions for my new supercharger and noticed it didnt say where the fuel lines to the fmu hook into the factory fuel lines. i was wondering if it has to be right there on the fuel rails where it would be in the way and ugly or can i attached the lines to the fmu below the engine on the passanger side down by the smog pump?
probably a dumb question but the i want to tap into the line that DOESNT have the fuel pressure gauge on it right?

They usually hook directly into the fuel lines where the disconnects are just before hitting the fuel rails. The FMU has to be connected to the return lines and not the supply lines (of course).

thats what i got, a vortech but it doesnt say where the return line is and where to hook up the fmu lines to. i was under the car yesterday and i followed the lines down the side of the engine to a point behind the smog pump. there they have one of those fittings that the instructions are talking about (the on i have to disconnect to attach the fmu lines) and was wonderin if this is ok?

Hey man .. re-read the instructions .... it says the return line DOES NOT have the pressure test fitting on it. Just hook the FMU up to the line on the passenger side return line (no test fitting on the hard line) at the fitting where the soft line meets the hard line. Good luck

how the hell did i miss that? i read those instructions twice. probably cause i didnt knwo what i was reading the first time around. plus my brain is fried from all the school reading....damn fall semester. anyways, THANK YOU
