The fact of the matter is there’s always something that you may like that the majority of your peer group doesn’t like. I have one piece smoked headlights with LED headlight bulbs. I know some people’s blood pressure just spiked reading that sentence. It’s ok to express opinion as long as it’s not derogatory to anyone, correct?

I'm just in one of my 'moods', pay no attention to the man behind the curtain,,, been listening to too many joe rogan podcasts, I'm gonna go watch some street outlaws reruns, get my blood pressure down.
Oh, and Did I say I like those led tail lights but I hate painting?
Oh and long walks on the beach.

There's a guy on IG that is building LED boards for the stock taillights. He can program them to flash in a variety of pattens. I kinda like it. No idea what his pricing is, but I might check It out when i'm done bleeding money on my other projects or when I hit it big on Dogecoin.

CHeck out his IG @Classicleds

He needs to be educated on the value of the car as semi-stock. Hes a younger guy so he's into different things. He needs to know to not throw anything away. The stock ones are/will be worth more than aftermarket. I wish I kept my front lights. I put on one piece aftermarket, and they are crap. They fill with water when I wash my car. I learned from 5L5 save your old parts

Most of these cars factory headlights are way beyond repair...and most of the foxes I see have cracked drivers side tail lights. For some reason that side is always cracked right above the turn signal bulb area on the top. His lights might be junk so he wants to upgrade them to something that'll be seen. There is a safety factor in bright arse headlights and annoying tail lights. Like those quick flashing brake light mods. I hate them but they catch my attention every time.

I installed the LX tail lights on my GT and used all LED bulbs from Sylvania. I personally think they look awesome. The only bulbs I kept incandescent are the turn signals.

I do like the original "cheese grater" lenses but they were damaged.

I know I’ve said it before but that red notch is one of the nicest Foxes around.

And I wouldn’t put those LED tail lights on my car either. I grew up with these cars, and it’s just not a Fox with those Euro tail lights. But that’s just me. I have 85/86 GT tailights on my 87. Some people may not like them, but that’s OK. I like them. I would, however, upgrade to LED bulbs to improve visibility and safety

I like those 85/86 taillights on your GT, they look really clean. Only a true Fox enthusiast would even notice.

You need to make the back look good, that's what most will be looking at anyway

Lol. Yeah, you would think. If I had a 500hp street car back in the day I would agree with you General. These days everything is so damn fast. And with all sorts of traction assist, they hook too. Even that new 4 door electric Mustang does 0-60 in something like 3.5 seconds.

But seriously, thanks guys.
